How does it work?

Information is sent
The system sends live GPS and the user's details: photo, height, weight, emergency contact, addresses and a text or voice comment.
The crew sets off at once
The nearest crew receives the call and the route. The app shows that help has been accepted and is on the way.

02How do I add family members?
On the Duo and Family plans you can send an invitation to your contacts right from the app. The subscription is activated automatically.
03Why pay for a subscription if I may never call security?
You don't pay for the call itself — you pay for readiness and the certainty that protection will be there when you need it. Just like car insurance doesn't prevent accidents but guarantees help if one happens.

06Do I have to pay for calls?
No. Security calls in case of danger or conflict are included in the monthly subscription. A fee may only be charged for a false call.
07What is a false call, and how do I know when to call security?
A false call is pressing the SOS button without a real threat — for example, pressing it by accident or testing the app.
When to call security
- There is a threat or a conflict.
- You can't safely get out of it on your own.
When a call counts as false
- The situation is safe.
- You're just testing the app.
You can cancel a call at any time if you pressed the button by accident or the situation was resolved before security arrived.
08Can I try gardy out?
Yes. A test call is available once your subscription is active.
- You submit a request.
- A manager contacts you to agree on the details.
- The test usually takes place on a Sunday, when crews are less busy.
09Does the service track my location all the time?
We use modern encryption protocols and share your location only when the SOS button is pressed or monitoring is turned on.
