How does it work?
One SOS tap
If there's a conflict, or it feels scary or dangerous, the SOS button sends an alert — no calls, no explanations — and you get notified about the call.
Information is sent
The system sends live GPS and the user's details: photo, height, weight, emergency contact, addresses and a text or voice comment.
Alert accepted
The nearest crew receives the call and the route. The app shows that help has been accepted and is on the way.
The crew is on site
The security crew arrives on site, assesses the situation and provides physical protection.
Situation under control
The situation is resolved, the person is escorted to a safe place if needed, and you get notified when it's over.
