Fake calls are those where there is no direct or indirect threat to your safety. For example, if the security crew is called to intimidate someone, such a call will be considered fake.
Our goal is to ensure your peace and safety, not to create unnecessary alarm. The security crew acts only for protection and avoids provocation or escalating conflicts.
If during the SOS call the phone runs out of battery or you lose the Internet connection – the security team will come to the rescue anyway. After pressing the SOS button, the location data is updated and sent every 5 seconds. If access to the network is lost, then the guards will use the latest information obtained. If the profile is complete, finding the person will not be a problem, even if the connection disappears.
1 On the home screen, press and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps start to vibrate.
